No individual affiliated this Web Site is a medical doctor or is in any other way licensed or qualified to practice medicine or to give medical advise.
All information on this web site is presented for educational and/or religious purposes only, and is nothing more nor less than an expression of our religious belief (protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution) that all healing is from God, that we can expect to have good health when we live a lifestyle that is in harmony with His universal laws (His Torah), and that He has provided mankind with certain foods and techniques that help the body’s natural healing processes.
We make no specific medical claims for herbs or other nutritional supplements, nor do we offer medical opinion or advise. Nothing on this web site is intended for diagnosing or treating diseases, and no products or health services are offered on this website. The consumer assumes all responsibility for the applicability or suitability of any information on this website.
Herbal supplements should be consumed as dietary supplements only to assist the body in its attempt to achieve and to maintain health. By federal law, they cannot sold or promoted for the treatment of disease. No guarantee of a cure, or suitability or applicability of any product or technique, is expressed or implied. However, many nutritional products provide essential substances that affect body functions, especially those functions that may be adversely affected by lifestyle and dietary practices. Nutrition therefore has an important role to play in preventive health care. Nutritional supplements are designed to provide nutritional support for the body as it works to achieve and maintain a healthy condition.
In fact, prior to the “invention” of synthetic white willow bark extract — aspirin, also known as acetylsalicylic acid or ASA — in 1899, the only healing substances available to humankind were those herbs and other foods provided by the hand of the Creator.
None of the herbal supplements mentioned products on this website have been approved by the FDA, and no statements on this website have ever been submitted for evaluation by the FDA. [Click here to find out why I believe the FDA is not qualified to evaluate nutritional information or products.]
All consumable products mentioned in any context on this website are intended to be used as food only, and are not intended for the prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease or health condition. According to the United States government, herbs are food or flavorings and cannot be used to treat or cure diseases. If you have a health concern, please consult your health care provider.
Any symptoms or diseases mentioned with regard to nutritional supplements are provided for historical purposes only — illustrating some of the conditions for which these foods have traditionally been used in “folk medicine.” These are not meant to be health claims or guarantees of a cure, and should not be construed as such. If you have any injury or disease, we recommend that you consult a knowledgeable holistic health care professional or family practitioner who can help you make decisions concerning your specific health concerns.
No warranties of any kind regarding the information contained herein are expressed or implied. Every effort has been made to ensure that all information is correct, but we can not be responsible for errors — typographical or otherwise. We make no claims as to suitability for your purposes and can not be responsible for any situations which arise due to your use of this web site and/or the information or products therein.
