A List of Angelic Appearances

If we read casually through the Scriptures we might be inclined to think that the appearance of angelic messengers was a relatively common event. We must remember, however, that the Scriptures span a period of about four thousand years and in four millennia we have recorded only about 25 separate appearances of angels.
